As we prepare our boat for Hurricane Matthew (we are at the blue dot and this is a possible projection)
and all the unexpected, we rest in the One who is with us on our boat…“Who then is this, that He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey Him?” Luke 8:25 We will not fear, for He is with us! We plan to leave our well-prepared boat at the dock when/if an evacuation is declared, and head inland to the grandparent’s home in Lake City.
We are at a new marina on the ICW in Palm Coast, FL.
A quiet little place with quite a few live-aboards,
some strange passersby, 
and some sweet, friendly sea creatures who feel welcome and safe.

Life is still awesome as Richard and Katherine (11th and 10th graders) are dual-enrolling at Daytona State College this semester and loving it. 
David started a side business, WavyWireworks ,
and is busy creating amazing pieces of wrapped wire jewelry and selling them…so easily that he has a growing list of commissioned pieces on his agenda. Keeping his creative mind and gifted hands busy!
