Richard and I biked the island…a good 5+ miles.

And the nice thing about the Abaco islands is that in many places you can see the ocean on one side of the road,IMG_9197IMG_9174

and the Abaco Sea on the other.

On our break, we found how the islanders describe the men and women…

While we were biking, Rick and the others went scuba diving.

Yesterday, I ferried over to the island with the kidsFullSizeRender copy 98IMG_9219

for a stop at the coffee shopIMG_9260and to check out the beach.

Richard, Jon and I joined up with our boat neighbors, Steve & Karen, for a trip up to Guana Cay for snorkeling and beach time.

Karen “planted” Jonathan

And Steve tried to pull him out.  haha!  Great sand!IMG_9277

We returned their boat with them to Man-O-War Cay, a sweet island.

Great pix, Katherine!

Every day is a gift and we are thoroughly enjoying this trip and this place.
