All Chapters Come to a Close!

This is a hard post to make. If any of you have ever read the book of Job, and boy is that a hard one to read, you have heard about the man “who was blameless and upright, one who feared God and turned away from evil.”(Job 1:1) He was blessed beyond measure, and then Satan, under the rulership and authority of GOD, was allowed to test Job. At the loss of everything, Job did not sin or charge GOD with wrong and was able to say, “The LORD gave and the LORD has taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD!” (Job 1:21)

I have chosen to align myself with Job by my deep understanding that GOD is Sovereign over all the good, the bad and the ugly; the promised, the purposeful, and the unexpected. “Shall we receive good from God, and shall we not receive evil (disaster)?” (2:10)

Two years ago this month, my husband and I, found we were on very different paths pointing in very different directions. Knowing I was unable to live aboard the boat with my very limited knowledge of the engine room, Jonathan and I packed up our essentials and disembarked Vivens Aqua.

GOD is faithful! He has provided and protected us in every circumstance. There are too many providential incidents to count, but know that my trust in HIM has grown greatly, my faith in HIM has increased exponentially, and my love for HIM and His Word has satisfied me and been my sustenance.

David and Richard have both graduated from the University of Florida. Emily and Katherine live in Savannah, GA working and attending Georgia Souther. Jonathan, 15 yo, high school sophomore is dual enrolling at the college, playing volleyball, and working at Caps on the Water, a restaurant 1/4 mile down the street. He is still the joy of my days.

After asking GOD what I should do now, I found that I could do something I truly love…organize for others. Long ago, He gave me this ability, employed my use of it in life and homeschooling the children, and allowed me to grow in it by helping friends and neighbors along the way. I am now using it in the lives of those who need it here in St. Augustine, FL. SOS Organizing, Simplify Organize Satisfy, has launched me into a new chapter of my life.

I have put off writing this final post for a long time, but today I was notified that my subscription ends today. My prayer is that HE will always be glorified in me and through me, in every hardship, tribulation, and affliction.  He tells us, “Enter by the narrow gate… For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. (Matt 7:13-14) and I have always told Him, “Don’t withhold the hard from me.” God is purposeful and intentional and intimately acquainted with all my ways. He is a patient and loving Father whose Word teaches, reproves, corrects and trains me in righteousness. (2 Tim. 3:16)

Thank you for the privilege of sharing this AMAZING “Edventure” in my life with Christ.

With JOY in Him, Tracy 🙂

It’s been a joy to follow you from The G Club to the ocean to land. I know you’ve weathered many storms as well as enjoyed the richness of the fair weather. Yes, life is complicated but not so much so that God cannot keep us from sinking. You were part of my inspiration during my stroke this past summer. I’m still in recovery mode ( 8 weeks from event) but I’m reminded of the times I’d see you in the hall at Whitver after your own brain event and you radiated God through the “ fog” and kept moving forward. I love that about you. May our paths cross again either here or There. Love you.
